When does my first envelope arrive?
Your first envelope ships on the 1st of the following month after you subscribe. Annual subscribers receive a welcome envelope immediately upon signup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Log into your account or email us and I will take care of it right away.
How do I gift a subscription?
Simply enter the recipient's mailing address at checkout instead of your own. The envelopes will go straight to her mailbox each month. No gift wrapping required — it already arrives feeling like a gift.
What if my envelope gets lost?
Reach out to me at hello@dearmamaletters.com and I will do my best to make it right. I use USPS First Class mail — delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes — log into your account before your next billing date to update your address. Moving soon? Email me and I will make sure it gets sorted before your next envelope goes out.
What is your refund policy?
I do not offer refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed and your envelope has been prepared. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after billing. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
