Refund Policy

Can I get a refund for my current month?

We are not able to offer refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed and your envelope has been prepared for shipping. Because we begin assembling and mailing envelopes on the 1st of each month, charges for that month are non-refundable once the billing date has passed.

How do I avoid being charged for a month I don't want?

Cancel or pause your subscription before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month. Log into your account to make changes, or email us at hello@dearmamamletters.com and we will take care of it right away.

What if I was charged by mistake?

If you believe you were charged in error please reach out to us immediately at hello@dearmamamletters.com. We will review your account and do our best to make it right.

What if my envelope never arrived?

If your envelope has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date please email us and we will look into it. We are not responsible for mail lost or delayed by USPS once it has left our hands, but we genuinely care that your envelope reaches you and we will work with you to find a solution.

Are annual subscriptions refundable?

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. Because we commit to a full year of content, materials, and mailing on your behalf from the moment you subscribe, we are not able to offer refunds for annual plans once payment has been processed.

Can I cancel my annual subscription?

Yes — you can cancel your annual subscription at any time to prevent it from renewing. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of your annual period. You will continue to receive your envelopes through the remainder of the year you paid for.

How do I cancel my annual renewal?

Log into your account before your annual renewal date to cancel, or email us at hello@dearmamamletters.com and we will take care of it for you. We recommend cancelling at least 3 days before your renewal date to be safe.
